Shines the name of Our Beloved Roger Dean Young on this Friday the 13th of November 2009. Roger suffered from Multiple Symptom Atrophy (Shy-Dragger's) and Bradycardia (slow heart rate) which enhanced the ill effects of Parkinson's Disease. Let it be known that Congress passed the Bill which accepts Parkinson's Disease as a Military Disability on Wednesday the 18th of November 2009. Sgt. Roger Young was exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam. www.in.gov
