This is Thao, she is 5 years old and a living doll! Thao is deaf and mute and needs 2 surgeries for her congenital heart disease. She also needs hearing aids (0.00) total for both ears. She has 20 percent hearing and the hearing aids will allow her to hear enough to learn how to speak. Her family was told that her heart surgeries would cost 00.00 USD and then she was sent home because of lack of funding. HOW will be helping Thao to have these surgeries and hopefully to receive her hearing aids. She is a pure delight!!
